At the foundation of a healthy relationship lies healthy communication, yet most of us were not taught how to practice this. Many of us learned how to communicate by watching and observing our own parents. Perhaps we were lucky and our observations taught us well. Or perhaps we learned unhealthy behaviors and skills that have found their way into our current relationship. Whatever the cause, your relationship is currently stressed and you are looking for guidance. 

Erika will work with your partner and you to explore your communication patterns and build on your strengths. Working from a Family Systems mind frame Erika will help your partner and you explore how childhood experiences and observations, past relationships, and your current coping skills may be affecting your current relationship.
